Crazy About Scrapbooks ships using USPS. Currently, orders are accepted only from and shipping to the US. Shipping costs are automatically cacluated based on the weight of your order. Orders are shipped Priority Mail through USPS.
After you have placed your order, you will receive notification of when your order has shipped, typically within three business days. In some cases, during high volume months (such as December around the holidays), it may take as long as seven business days.
It is not the policy of Crazy About Scrapbooks to offer backordered items. However should circumstances arise that an item is backordered, you will be given the option of a refund for the backordered item or to allow for the item to be restocked and your order then shipped.
There is no minimum order price. Discount coupons are applied before Nevada sales tax (for Nevada residents) and shipping costs. Discount coupons and gift certificates are not valid on the cigar box purses.
Also note that colors of items may vary from the photos, this is the nature of digital images.
Returns Policy
Crazy About Scrapbooks has a thirty day return policy only if the product is defective or if you received the incorrect item. If the item is not defective or is not the incorrect item, then a 15%-30% restocking fee is applied and shipping costs are not reimbursed.
If you have received a different product SKU than what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
- Original invoice or receipt.
